We have a supportive, fun, and successful team at SWBF, and our agents have access to top-tier commission rates with leading travel suppliers. You鈥檒l receive plenty of training to help you get started, as well as sales and marketing support to help grow your business. You鈥檒l also enjoy the flexibility of working from home and setting your own schedule!
The minimum qualifications we require for our team members are a High School Diploma or GED (a college degree is a plus), excellent communication skills, and familiarity with the internet, email, booking engines, and basic tools such as Microsoft Office or Google Suite. We鈥檙e looking for active travelers who have personally planned and traveled in the last 12 months and have plenty of social media experience. You should also be a great listener with strong people skills, and should not be currently employed full-time at a job that would conflict with building your travel business.
An ideal candidate should be well-traveled, detail-oriented, and have a strong entrepreneurial mindset. Our agents come from a diverse range of career backgrounds, and we鈥檙e particularly interested in candidates with extensive experience in sales, marketing, or customer service. Most importantly, we鈥檙e looking for team players who are coachable and willing to invest the time and energy it takes to grow a successful business.
